Our History
While working alongside other contractors, the Founder of Dream Concepts Contracting, William Eaves, saw ways to improve the custom home building and remodeling process: Enter, Dream Concepts Contracting in 2005. Since opening DCC in 2005, Billy and his team have taken on X projects in popular New Jersey towns such as Montville, Randolph, Mountain Lakes. The key to their success is simple, provide honest work, and be upfront about costs. Billy and his team are proud to take on projects of all sizes and welcome the most unique, challenging spaces as they allow room for some of the most extraordinary craftsmanship and creativity in custom-built projects.

I could not be more impressed with Billy and his team and their workmanship. They remodeled my whole kitchen down to the studs and made it into our dream kitchen. He was honest and fair throughout the whole process to the point where although I had hired another contractor at the same time as Bill to do my bathrooms, I ended up firing that other contractor halfway through because it was night and day between the work Bill was doing and the other guys. So I hired Bill and his team to finish my 3 bathrooms as well. He fixed all the other guys' problems and made them beautiful. There is nothing this team can't do. I had contacted several contractors to get estimates for the rebuilding of my existing deck using Trek materials. After several attempts to obtain quotations without any luck, I called Dream Concepts and spoke with Bill Eaves. He gave me an exact time and date to review the job and arrived exactly on time. I was very impressed with his professionalism and extensive knowledge of using Trek materials. Bill worked up a very detailed quotation that was quite competitive. I hired Dream Concepts that same day. He placed the orders for the materials promptly and kept me informed of the delivery status. Once all materials were received Bill contacted me with an exact start date and time. His work crew arrived every day exactly at 8:00am. Their attention to detail and work ethics were impressive. I couldn’t be happier with the final results. I now have a beautiful new deck that is the envy of all my friends and family.
